Why the monthly credit cap? AI generations have a real per-use cost, so lifetime access includes a generous monthly allowance rather than unlimited AI. Design, editing, and video export run in your browser and are effectively unlimited within the export counts above.

How do I redeem my code?
- Go to zupasnap.com/redeem (or use the link in your purchase).
- Sign in or create a free account.
- Enter your code (format
ZUPA-XXXXX-XXXXX) and click Redeem. - Done — your account is upgraded to Lifetime instantly.
Common questions
One code = one account?
Yes. Each code can be redeemed once. After redemption it's tied to that account and can't be reused or moved to another account.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Lifetime accounts have no recurring billing.
Can I stack multiple codes for more?
Not currently — one code grants the Lifetime plan.
I redeemed on the wrong account.
Contact info@zupasnap.com and we'll help sort it out.
My code says "already used" or "not valid".
Double-check for typos (codes are case-insensitive). If it still fails, email us the code and your account email.
What counts as an AI credit?
One credit per real AI generation (text, image/SVG, or presentation). Offline/fallback generations don't cost a credit. Credits reset monthly.
Is it really forever?
Lifetime access lasts for the lifetime of the product. We intend to keep improving ZupaSnap for a long time.
